Debson Pumps Private Limited

Responsible for Preventive, Breakdown, Schedule & Plan Maintenance activities.

Ø Responsible for smooth functioning of all Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system throughout

the line.

Ø Responsible for maintenance materials, spares parts.

Ø Responsible for breakdown data analysis.

Ø Regular inspection /Monitoring of all statics /Rotating /Running equipment & improve the

reliability & availability of the Plant.

Ø Responsible for Planning Monitoring & timely execution of mechanical related work with high

efficiency.

Ø Daily reporting to Manager.

Working Experience

Ø Maintenance & Fault Troubleshooting of Machine. Establish the design guidelines & manuals

Ø Maintenance of mechanical & Electrical Statics and Dynamics equipments .

Verification of concepts for cost, timeline, feasibility for manufacturing, assembly and service,

· To provide support in Daily routine & non routine activities to achieve goals of the organization. In addition to that also deliverables in following areas.

· Provide timely support for Plant equipment up-time.

· Upgradation of system

· Safety Performance

· Environment Performance

· Management of Human Resource

• Must have minimum 5~6 years exposure on diaphragm pumps on order engineering, design & VAVE projects.

• Knowledge of pump applications, pump selection criteria’s, knowledge on pumping fluid & hydraulic characteristics.

• Exposure or good understanding of pump design, build, testing, lifting, transportation, packing and preservation and installation of pumps.

• Good knowledge on materials & compatibility (e.g., chemical resistances), manufacturing process (casting, machining & assembly), pump standards, regulatory standards ( ATEX, ASME, PED and Machinery directive, API 675, API 674, EHEDG/Food) , fitting standards etc.

• Execute highly engineered, end-to-end OE projects with great responsibility and commitment.

• Must be able to review customer spec’s, understand, interpret, and clarify requirements and generate deviation lists.

• Perform engineering calculations on mechanical designs related to OE jobs, sizing of pumps, motors & pulsation dampeners, selection of couplings etc.

• Able to develop mechanical layout for specific orders.

• Able to create 3D models, assemblies, drawings by using Creo 3.0, AutoCAD, Inventor and windchill operations.

• Document Distribution System handling

• Review & release of drawings, able to create material master using MM01 code in SAP, build BOM in SAP 6 for respective projects.

• Able to understand and create technical documentation required for specific projects

• Support on plant build activities, attend manufacturing issues and provide solutions.

• Create Work Instructions for shop

• Experts on applying GD&T symbols, knowledge of tolerance stack up analysis, knowledge on limits & fits etc.

• Capable to work with KMAT’s and Variant Configurators

• Work independently or as a team member in the global engineering team

• Interactions with global engineering teams.

• Engineering change management with internal departments

• Responsible to drive continuous improvement (kaizens), KPI metrics etc.

• Complying to NDA’s and intellectual property of rights

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹21,262.00 - ₹25,986.00 per month
