- Graduation from a Government recognised University/Institution
- MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA preferred
- Indian citizens only
- No adverse character/antecedent report
- Teaching & Training experience not counted
🔞 Age Limit (as on 01-05-2025)
- VP Wealth (SRM): 26–42 years
- AVP Wealth (RM): 23–35 years
- Customer Relationship Executive: 20–35 years
- Age relaxation as per GoI norms
💰 Salary / CTC
- VP Wealth (SRM): ₹44.70 Lakhs CTC (Upper Range)
- AVP Wealth (RM): ₹30.20 Lakhs CTC (Upper Range)
- Customer Relationship Executive: ₹6.20 Lakhs CTC (Upper Range)
- Contract Period: 5 Years (extendable up to 4 more years)
