🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Chemistry / Agricultural Science / Food Science & Technology
- Essential qualification must be acquired and results declared before applying
Desirable Qualification
- Experience in reputed R&D institutes
- Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, confectioneries
- Experience with modern analytical instruments, method validation
- Working knowledge of MS-Office tools
Experience
- The experience period will be counted after acquiring minimum essential qualification
Age Limit (as on 21-12-2025)
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST / PwBD / Women – 5 Years
- OBC – 3 Years

📝 Selection Process
- Shortlisting by a designated screening committee
- Interview for shortlisted candidates only
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
- Selection based purely on interview performance
📌 General Instructions
- The position is purely temporary and contractual
- Project tenure up to 31 March 2026 (extendable up to 2 years)
- Maximum total tenure across CSIR projects shall not exceed 6 years
- No claim for permanent employment in CSIR/CFTRI
- Candidates who have completed 6 years in CSIR are not eligible
- Applicants currently working in CSIR must submit NOC from the concerned PI
