- ME / MTech in Microelectronics or VLSI Design
- OR BTech / BE / MTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Strong fundamentals in Analog VLSI Circuit Design

- Fellowship Amount: ₹45,000 per month

- Project Areas include Bandgaps, Oscillators, Glitch Detectors, ADCs, low-power SRAM Architectures, etc.
- The selected candidate may be permitted to register for the Ph.D. program at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus (as per institute rules)
