🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Residence: Must be a resident of Morbi district or adjoining districts.
- Language: Must know the local language & dialect (reading & writing).
- For Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers up to Chief Manager rank or retired BOB clerks with JAIIB and 3 years of rural banking experience.
- For Young Candidates: Minimum Graduation with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet). Preference to M.Sc. (IT)/BE (IT)/MCA/MBA.
- Age Limit: 21–45 years (young candidates), maximum continuation age 65 years.
- Willingness to travel to villages for BC supervision is mandatory.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Fixed monthly: ₹15,000
- Variable monthly: Up to ₹15,000
- Conveyance reimbursement: ₹4,000/month
- Mobile expenses: ₹200/month
- Deductions are applied if the IIBF BC certification is not completed within the time.
🧭 Selection Process
- Screening of offline applications at the Regional Office.
- Personal interview conducted by a committee headed by the regional head.
- Document verification and background checks, including police & CIBIL verification.
