🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Boat Operation Trainee (Male/Female): 60% marks in ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, AC Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic) or Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics). Last 3 years pass out only (2022–2024).
- Fleet Manager (Maintenance): Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture), MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).
- Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA.
- Marketing Executive: MBA with Marketing as a major specialization.
- Consultant (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
📅 Age Limit (as on 01 November 2025)
- Boat Operation Trainee: 28 years
- Fleet Manager (Maintenance): 56 years
- Manager (Finance): 50 years
- Marketing Executive: 35 years
- Consultant (Civil): 63 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per KWML recruitment rules.
