🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Recruitment Type: Deputation/Foreign Service of regular employees from Central/State/PSU/Autonomous bodies.
💼 Assistant Manager – Job Profile
- Manage and review MIS related to Head Offices (HOs), Sub Offices (SOs), Branch Offices (BOs), and India Post branches.
- Conduct field visits and promote IPPB business through campaigns, financial literacy camps, and customer engagement activities.
- Support end-users in technology and operational matters, including device and SIM allocation, inventory handling, and issue resolution.
- Assist in onboarding and training of field staff and business correspondents.
📋 Junior Associate – Job Profile
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to achieve business goals.
- Sell banking products and cross-sell IPPB services.
- Identify and onboard new business correspondents and conduct local marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with DOP offices to generate CASA business and leads for IPPB products.
📅 Age Limit (as on 01-11-2025)
- Assistant Manager: 20 to 35 years
- Junior Associate: 20 to 32 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
💰 Salary / Pay Structure
Officers appointed on deputation/foreign service may choose between:
- The pay scale of the deputation/foreign service post, OR
- Their basic pay in the parent cadre plus deputation allowance and personal pay (if any).
