🎓 Eligibility Criteria
For Scientific Officer
- At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Forensic Science / Chemistry / Biochemistry / MS / M.Pharma from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years post M.Sc./MS/M.Pharma experience in research, training, or analytical work.
- Research work done for Ph.D. Degree will be counted towards total experience.
For Assistant Director
- At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Forensic Science / Physics / Mathematics / Multimedia Forensics.
- Minimum 7 years post M.Sc. experience in the relevant field.
- Ph.D. holders with experience in Forensic Voice Examination will be preferred.
📅 Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 45 Years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Himachal Pradesh government rules.

- General / EWS / WFF / Ex-Servicemen (HP): ₹600/-
- SC / ST / OBC / BPL (HP): ₹150/-
- Ex-Servicemen (full tenure) / Blind & Visually Impaired (HP): No Fee
