🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Only Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and West Bengal are eligible.
- Passed Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent.
- Speed in shorthand at 120 words per minute.
- Speed in typewriting at 30 words per minute (English).
- Desirable: Working knowledge of computers.
- Age proof must match the Madhyamik/secondary certificate.
🎯 Age Limit (as on date of application)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC candidates of A&N Islands and West Bengal
💰 Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Matrix Level-09 (₹28,900 – ₹74,500)
- Minimum Pay: ₹32,500/-
- + Other allowances as per rules
📝 Selection Process
- Competitive Test in Shorthand & Typewriting
- Dictation: 05 minutes at 120 wpm
- Transcription: 20 minutes on computer at 30 wpm
- Marks: Dictation + Transcription – 600 marks
- Interview: 10 marks
- Total: 610 marks
- The final merit list will be based on total marks obtained
