🎓 Post-wise Eligibility (Extracts)
NT25-01: Internal Audit Officer (Deputation only)
Essential (deputation): Officers from Audit & Accounts Services or similar organised Accounts Services of Central/State Govt. holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR 3 years regular service in Level 11 (Accounts/Audit) OR 5 years regular service in Level 10 (Accounts/Audit) in Govt./Autonomous bodies.
NT25-02: Assistant Librarian
Essential: Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science (or equivalent professional degree) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade); good academic record; knowledge of library computerization. NET (UGC/CSIR/SLET/SET) qualified OR Ph.D. as per UGC regulations is required/considered as per notification.
NT25-03: Assistant Registrar
Essential: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade). Desirable: 5 years supervisory experience in Administration/Establishment/Finance/Examination/Academic at Level 7 or equivalent; knowledge of computer applications.
NT25-04: Security Officer
Essential: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience as Security Supervisor/Supervisory position in Govt./Educational/Private organization (turnover ≥ Rs. 200 Cr) OR Ex-service personnel (JCO level or equivalent) with 10th pass / Army class I or equivalent. Must hold valid LMV/Motor cycle driving licence.
NT25-05: Private Secretary
Essential: Bachelor’s degree; at least 3 years as Personal Assistant OR 5 years as Stenographer in University/Govt./PSU/autonomous bodies. Stenography speed: 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi). Typing speed: 35 w.p.m. (English) / 30 w.p.m. (Hindi). Computer knowledge required. Desirable: proficiency in English & good communication.
NT25-13: Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree. Typing speed: English 35 wpm OR Hindi 30 wpm (equivalent KDPH). Proficiency in computer operations required.
NT25-16: Library Attendant
Essential: 10+2 (or equivalent); certificate course in Library Science; one year library experience in college/university; basic computer knowledge.
NT25-17: Laboratory Attendant
Essential: 10+2 with Science stream OR 10th pass with Science subject + two years laboratory experience in recognised institution/college/university.

🧾 Selection Process
For Group B & C Non-Teaching posts (Level 1 to Level 7), the selection process may include:
- Screening of Applications: Shortlisting by Screening Committee (ratio up to 1:15 for interview/next stage).
- Written Test (may be held):
- Paper I (Objective, Qualifying): 100 marks — minimum qualifying 40%.
- Paper II (Descriptive / Domain): 100 marks — minimum qualifying 50%.
- Skill Test: Wherever applicable — 50 marks (minimum qualifying 25).
- Interview: Where applicable — carries 20% weight in total marks.
- Merit List: Based on performance in Paper II subject to qualifying skill test (if applicable).
- Written tests may include Reasoning, Arithmetic, General Knowledge, Domain Knowledge, English/Hindi, Noting & Drafting etc.

⚖️ General Terms & Conditions
- The University reserves the right to fill or not fill the posts, withdraw/modify advertisement or draw reserve panel(s).
- Eligibility will be determined as on last date of submission of online application.
- Only matriculation/SSC certificate will be accepted as proof of date of birth.
- Suppression of factual information or submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification/termination even after appointment.
- Screening Committee will shortlist candidates as per advertised eligibility and recruitment rules — ratio upto 1:15 for calling candidates to next stage.
- If insufficient eligible applicants appear for a post, the post may be re-advertised.
- Acceptance of documents is subject to verification at any point; false documents may lead to cancellation of appointment and action.
- Appointment subject to verification of character & antecedents; provisional till verification completes.
- Appointees will be governed by University rules and relevant CCS rules of Government of India.

- Appointees shall be liable to serve anywhere within the jurisdiction of the University.
- Reservation and relaxations will be as per Government of India norms.

- In case of any dispute, territorial jurisdiction will be the High Court of Allahabad, Bench Lucknow.
