- Oversee and manage operations in the Blast Furnace, Oxygen Plant, and Electrical departments.
- Ensure safe and efficient plant operation following industrial standards.
- Monitor daily production, maintain MIS reports, and manage shift schedules.
- Supervise and train team members to optimize productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth process flow.
- Implement process improvements to enhance energy efficiency and product quality.
