NHIDCL has announced recruitment for 34 Deputy Manager (Technical) posts in E2 Grade through direct recruitment. Ideal for Civil Engineers with GATE qualification to work on high-impact infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Planning, designing, executing, and monitoring National Highways and strategic road projects.
- Supervising construction of tunnels, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
- Ensuring compliance with government policies, safety standards, and quality norms.
- Preparing technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Performing other duties assigned by the competent authority.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute; qualified GATE (Civil Engineering) in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Maximum Age: 34 years (as of last date of application)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC (NCL) – 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities – 10 to 15 years depending on category
- Ex-servicemen – 5 years (with conditions)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and project management.
- Proficiency in the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure projects.
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, and consultants.
- Analytical skills to monitor project progress, budget, and quality control.
- Knowledge of tunnel construction, bridge design, and highway engineering is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Salary
Deputy Managers in E2 Grade are entitled to a competitive IDA pay scale along with allowances, reflecting the responsibilities of managing high-value infrastructure projects.
