🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Associate (Corporate Advisory): MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / CFA
- Senior Associate (Company Secretary): Qualified CS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. An additional qualification such as LLB will be an added advantage.
- Associate (Corporate Advisory): MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / CFA

- Assist in corporate advisory and project finance functions.
- Support due diligence, financial modeling, and documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance under SEBI, MCA, and RBI guidelines.
