Eligibility Criteria

- Post-graduate degree/diploma/MBA in materials management, supply chain management, or logistics management.
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
- Applicants must meet all requirements mentioned in the official HCL notification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations in materials management, supply chain, and logistics functions across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and departmental performance monitoring.
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and project execution.
- Mentor and guide departmental staff to achieve organizational goals.

Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the information provided in their applications. The final selection will be made through a Personal Interview (PI). HCL reserves the right to shortlist candidates in the ratio of 1:5 or adjust based on merit and availability. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the PI.
