📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Graduate degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical) from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 19 years overall experience, including at least 10 years in project execution/management in chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil, gas, or coal gasification sectors.
- Proven leadership track record in large-scale industrial projects in CPSEs / Govt. Sector / SPSE / Autonomous Institutions / Private Sector.
- Maximum Age: 57 years (age relaxation as per rules).

- Lead and manage all operations and strategic initiatives of Coal India Limited.
- Oversee mining, project execution, production, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Develop and implement policies, plans, and programs aligned with CIL’s vision and objectives.
- Coordinate with government bodies, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and sustainable mining practices.
- Drive innovation, growth, and safety standards across all units.
