📌 Job Responsibilities
- Analyze client creditworthiness and prepare detailed credit proposals.
- Develop and manage corporate and retail loan portfolios.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure risk management and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to support business growth.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal audit standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline with a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Finance OR CA / CMA / CS / CFA.
- Manager (Credit Analyst): Age 25–30 years.
- Senior Manager (Credit Analyst / Relationship Manager): Age 28–35 years.
- Chief Manager (Credit Analyst / Relationship Manager): Age 32–42 years.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Knowledge of credit risk assessment and lending procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial tools, and banking software.
- Understanding of RBI regulations and corporate credit policies.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- MMG/S – II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
- MMG/S – III: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
- SMG/S – IV: ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940
