🎓 Eligibility & Experience (Role-Dependent)
- Education: BE/BTech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent. For QS/Cost roles, a BTech/BE with RICS/ICMS or equivalent is preferred. For planning roles, formal training in Primavera P6 / MS Project is an advantage.
- Experience: Typically 3–15+ years. Senior roles (Manager/Associate Practice Director) may require 12–18+ years with proven leadership and client interface.
- Core Competencies: Project delivery, stakeholder management, cost/schedule control, commercial awareness, contracts/claims, reporting, quality & safety.
- Tools (Preferred): Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM familiarity.
⚙️ Selection Process
