- 🧑💻 Job Role: Website Sales Team Leader (International B2B)
- 📍 Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- 💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives
- ⏱ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in International B2B Website Sales, 3+ years as Team Leader
- ⏰ Shift: Morning Shift 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve international B2B sales targets.
- Ensure professional handling of outbound calls and smooth call transfers to senior closers.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Handle escalations and close deals directly when required.
- Resolve team conflicts and maintain a positive, performance-driven environment.
- Ensure adherence to process compliance and company policies.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in International B2B Website Sales.
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Team Leader managing website sales teams.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written).
