- 💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- 📊 Reporting To: MD/CEO
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for new and existing markets
- Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels (PCC, MCC, LT/HT switchboards) and automation solutions
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships for repeat business
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Collaborate with Design, Production, and Project teams for smooth execution
- Attend industry exhibitions, client meetings, and events to promote the company’s solutions
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, reporting directly to management
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE) or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical panel boards and automation systems
- In-depth industry knowledge and proven B2B sales experience
🛠 Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of electrical panels (PCC, MCC, LT/HT switchboards) and automation systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client relationship management and networking skills
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and project estimation (preferred)
- Leadership qualities with prior team management experience
💰 Salary Package
Pay Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, and sales performance.
