Job Responsibilities
- Sales and Strategy
- Develop and implement a business plan to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Analyze local market conditions to design tailored sales strategies.
- Focus on key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Generate new leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- Conduct follow-ups to successfully close sales.
- Technical and Customer Support
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct pre-sales demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
- Prepare tender compliance documents highlighting customer benefits.
- Handle quotations, proposals, and invoicing efficiently.
- Collaboration and Market Engagement
- Represent the company at seminars, roadshows, and training sessions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with clients from R&D, government (DRDO), and manufacturing sectors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Graduates & Postgraduates eligible).
- Year of Passing: 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs.
- Work Mode: Must be willing to work from the office in Gurgaon (relocation may be required).
- Work Schedule: 5 working days (availability on Saturday & Sunday is mandatory).
- Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and the EdTech industry.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in field sales (minimum 3 years).
- Strong technical knowledge of test and measurement products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Negotiation and closing skills for B2B sales.
Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹21,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
