Job Responsibilities
- As a Mechanical Engineer Fresher at Infinite Polymers, you will work on diverse projects that involve design, development, testing, and process optimization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing Engineering Solutions: Work on product designs using tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Ansys, and other 3D design platforms, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
- Product Development & Testing: Support in developing new products by applying engineering concepts, conducting trials, and validating results against performance standards.
- Applying Industry Standards: Learn and implement global engineering standards, quality protocols, and sustainable practices in everyday tasks.
- Supporting Continuous Improvement: Suggest and contribute to improving existing processes, workflows, and production techniques for better efficiency.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production teams, and quality supervisors, to align on project goals.
- Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Assist senior engineers in identifying, analyzing, and resolving mechanical challenges in products and systems.
- This role ensures that you learn on the job, gain real-world industry exposure, and grow into a competent mechanical engineer within a short span.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience: 0 years (Freshers only – no prior experience required).
- Location Restriction: Candidates must be from Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Patna, or Ranchi.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical design, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
- Tools & Software: Knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory), with additional exposure to SolidWorks, CATIA, Ansys, or Creo preferred.
- Other Qualities: Problem-solving mindset, ability to work in teams, adaptability, and a desire to learn.

- Variable Pay: ₹360,000 – ₹600,000 per year (performance-based incentives).
