Job Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Meeting customers, consultants, and contractors to promote products and generate leads.
- Providing technical support during discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Conducting market research to analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintaining regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Actively participating in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Collaborating with design, production, and quality teams to align with customer requirements.
- Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Achieving sales and marketing targets within assigned timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial sales & marketing (preferably valves, pumps, or engineering products).
- Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic & international assignments).
- English proficiency (mandatory).
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.

- Pay Scale: ₹8,613.35 – ₹20,000.00 per month
