- 💰 Salary: ₹500,000 – ₹800,000 per year
- ⏱ Shifts: 8-hour shifts (11 AM – 8 PM / 2 PM – 11:30 PM)
- 🏫 Experience: Minimum 3 years in ERP systems in manufacturing
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, and operations processes to design ERP-based solutions.
- Provide ERP implementation support using systems like Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, Dynamics AX, Odoo, Infor, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and project teams to deliver customized ERP solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Work across all phases including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to enhance collective learning.
- Participate in events, user groups, and communities to represent Paapri’s ERP expertise.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Preferred: Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering graduates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems in the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Oracle, NetSuite, Syspro, Plex, Acumatica, Epicor, or similar.

- Strong ERP system knowledge (Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics AX, Epicor, Odoo, etc.).
- Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication for client engagement at all levels.
- Consulting and solution delivery expertise across ERP platforms.
- Leadership and independent client management skills.
