📌 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain 11/0.415 KV Substations, HT & LT Breakers, transformers, and DG sets.
- Manage cabling, wiring, VFD troubleshooting, and control circuit diagram preparations.
- Supervise AC/HVAC, water treatment plant, compressor, gas bank, and firefighting equipment maintenance.
- Plan and execute new department setups, machinery erection, and facility projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, team coordination, and facility management tasks, including plumbing, civil, and carpentry works.
- Handle electronics spares like PCBs, solenoid valves, relays, ICs, and IGBTs for maintenance and troubleshooting.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or related roles.
- Male candidates, age 36–45, based near Barasat.
- Strong technical, planning, and execution skills in facility and machinery management.
🛠 Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in substations, HT/LT breakers, transformers, DG sets, and electrical cabling.
- Experience with AC/HVAC, water treatment, compressors, firefighting equipment, and facility management.
- Knowledge of electronics components such as PCBs, solenoid valves, relays, ICs, and IGBTs.
- Strong team management, vendor coordination, and independent planning skills.
