Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing interior design and construction activities across different sites.
- Conducting planning meetings and ensuring proper workflow.
- Reviewing and approving design specifications and purchase justifications.
- Handling client interactions professionally with patience and calmness.
- Coordinating with site personnel and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and updating stakeholders regularly.
- Reviewing contractor performance, preparing proposals, estimating material requirements, and approving purchases.
- Understanding and working with 2D/3D designs, civil layouts, electrical layouts, and BOQs.
- Ensuring adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Traveling to multiple sites as per project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in site supervision of interior projects.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Other Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler for commuting to project sites.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 75% travel required).
- Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate (relocation package available).
Required Skills
- Proven experience in site supervision, quality control, and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for handling site teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D design understanding and coordination.
Salary
