Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in the operation and maintenance of fabric processing machines (stenters, dyeing machines, calenders, dryers, etc.).
- Supporting senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Monitoring machine performance and suggesting improvements for efficiency and energy saving.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during operations.
- Participating in preventive maintenance schedules and conducting machine inspections.
- Maintaining documentation for maintenance, calibration, and repair logs.
- Coordinating with production, electrical, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
- Learning and applying practical knowledge of textile processes and machinery design.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates (2023 or 2024 pass-outs preferred).
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
- Strong eagerness to learn and build a career in the textile sector.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
