- 🧑💻 Job Role: Associate Designer
- 📍 Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
- 📑 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Fresher
- 💰 Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,50,000 per year
- ⏱ Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers Welcome)
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Shadow senior designers during client discussions, prepare Minutes of Meetings, and track project milestones.
- Assist in creating 3D designs using SketchUp and SpaceCraft (HomeLane software).
- Support senior designers during site visits and manage project files across HomeLane’s systems.
- Help prepare commercial proposals and validate customer quotes for accuracy and transparency.
- Coordinate with sales, QC, project management, and planning teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree: B.Arch / B.Des / M.Des (Mandatory)
- Diploma in Design (Mandatory)
- 0–1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture
- Freshers with strong design skills are encouraged to apply
🛠 Required Skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of modular furniture design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ₹240,000 – ₹350,000
