Job Overview
Cybergys Technologies is hiring Voice Associates for US Night Shifts. This role is ideal for freshers as well as experienced candidates who are comfortable working in international voice and chat support. As a Voice Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling queries efficiently, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth workflow.
The position offers a competitive salary between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month, with opportunities for career growth in the BPO/IT services industry. The work mode is strictly work from the office, located at Bengal Eco Intelligent Park, Salt Lake V, Kolkata.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle international chats and voice interactions effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer queries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Utilize MS Excel for reporting and data management.
- Ensure fast and accurate typing while managing customer support chats.
- Adapt to the night shift (US shift) schedule, Monday to Friday.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Other Requirements:
- Good typing speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Comfortable with night shifts (US process).
