  • Position: Telesales Executive / Telecaller

  • Job Type: Fresher-friendly
  • Shifts: Australian Shift (8 AM – 5 PM) / US Shift (8 PM – 5 AM) / 12 PM – 9 PM
  • Work Mode: In-person (Merlin Infinity, Sector V, Kolkata)
  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives & Bonuses

Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Calls—Proactively call potential customers from provided leads or databases to introduce the company’s services and offerings.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion—Identify prospective clients, generate leads, and work consistently toward converting them into paying customers.
  • Customer Engagement—Build trust with clients by initiating engaging conversations, listening to their needs, and offering the best solutions.
  • Promoting Products/Services – Clearly explain the benefits, features, and advantages of the company’s products/services to ensure customer interest.
  • Handling Objections & Queries – Address customer doubts, concerns, and objections with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintaining CRM Records—Accurately update and maintain customer interaction details, sales progress, and follow-ups in the company’s database.
  • Target Achievement – Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Follow-up Calls – Regularly follow up with prospective customers who showed interest but haven’t converted yet.
  • Team Collaboration—Coordinate with team members and reporting managers to share feedback, improve processes, and achieve collective goals.
  • Customer Feedback Collection – Gather customer feedback on services/products and share insights to improve business strategies.
  • Adaptability Across Shifts—Work effectively in the Australian Shift (8 AM–5 PM), the US Shift (8 PM–5 AM), or 12 PM–9 PM as per company requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification
    • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate from any recognized board/university.
    • No specific degree is required, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers.
  • Age Requirement
    • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
    • No strict upper age limit, but candidates should have the enthusiasm and willingness to work in sales.
  • Language Proficiency
    • Strong command of English (speaking and understanding) is mandatory, as the role involves international client interactions.
    • Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Work Experience
    • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer service will be an added benefit but is not compulsory.
  • Work Location Requirement
    • Must be able to work in person from Triedge Solutions’ office at Merlin Infinity, Sector V, Kolkata.
    • Remote work is not available for this position.
  • Shift Flexibility
    • Candidates should be comfortable working in different time zones:
    • Australian Shift (8 AM – 5 PM)
    • US Shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
    • Day Shift (12 PM – 9 PM)
  • Other Requirements
    • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to handle work pressure and meet targets.
    • Willingness to learn sales techniques and adapt to company culture.
    • Positive attitude, discipline, and regularity in attendance.

Required Skills

  • To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

Salary

  • Base Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
