Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Follow scripts and sales pitches to generate quality leads.
- Qualify prospects as per campaign requirements.
- Update call outcomes and customer details in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive approach.
- Communicate fluently and confidently in English.
Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an outbound call center (USA process preferred).
- Language: Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Age Limit: 18–33 years.
- Strong persuasive skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
