Detailed Information
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction and Communication: Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat professionally, providing step-by-step resolution and escalating when required.
- Problem Solving and Technical Support: Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems, leveraging problem-solving skills to offer effective solutions.
- Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Adhere to established customer support standards and protocols, participating in continuous training and development programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: No graduation required (Undergraduates & Freshers can apply)
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are welcome)
- Languages Required:
- Fluency in Bengali
- Good spoken English
- Availability:
- Only immediate joiners
- No planned leaves for the first 90 days
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- BPO/Voice Process understanding (preferred)
System Requirements
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5
- RAM: Minimum 8GB
- Internet: Stable broadband or Wi-Fi connection with power backup
- Audio: USB-jacked noise-cancellation headset
Work Schedule
- Shift Timings: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (Day/Night Shifts)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 2 days (rotational)
- Note: Flexibility is essential due to shift rotations
Salary
Compensation: ₹1.5 – ₹2 Lakhs Per Annum
(Varies based on candidate experience and interview performance)
