Job Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and testing engineering solutions as per project requirements.
- Applying industry standards, tools, and innovative approaches to create efficient and reliable products.
- Supporting continuous improvement and new product development initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during production or testing phases.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, durability, and performance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification: Candidates with relevant technical backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Freshers eligible (0 years of experience).
- Prior project or internship experience in mechanical design/manufacturing is a plus.
- Location Preference: Applicants must belong to or be willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Patna, or Ranchi.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, CATIA, Ansys, Siemens NX, Creo Parametric, or similar design tools.
- Ability to read and create engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in 3D printing, VLSI, PLC programming, or advanced mechanical tools (preferred).
- Team collaboration and effective communication skills.
Salary
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Salary during probation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (for freshers).
- After Probation:
- Annual CTC: ₹6,20,000 – ₹11,40,000.
- Breakup:
- Fixed Pay: ₹2,60,000 – ₹5,40,000 per year.
- Variable Pay: ₹360,000 – ₹600,000 per year.
