Knight Learning Solutions is hiring Customer Care Executives (Voice Process) for their Tech Mahindra project in Rajarhat, Kolkata. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Work Mode: Work from Office
- Shift: Rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational week offs)
- Work Hours: 10.3 hours/day (including 45 min break), actual 9.45 hrs/day
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 CTC per month (Fixed Salary, No Incentives)
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Query Handling
- Attend inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries, complaints, and product/service-related concerns.
- Ensure all conversations are handled with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Providing Accurate Information
- Share clear and correct details about products, services, and order status.
- Maintain consistency while following company-approved scripts and guidelines.
- Customer Experience Management
- Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
- Handle difficult customers politely and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the call/chat.
- Technical & Service Support
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting related to products or services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for quick resolution.
- Typing & Chat Support
- Manage customer interactions through chat support with a typing speed of 30 WPM and 90% accuracy.
- Respond promptly to customer messages and maintain clarity in written communication.
- Shift & Attendance Discipline
- Work on a 24x7 rotational shift basis, including weekends and night shifts.
- Maintain strict discipline by avoiding unnecessary absences, especially in the first 3 months.
- Adherence to Policies & Compliance
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data privacy protocols.
- Ensure no miscommunication or misinformation is passed to customers.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Share daily updates and feedback with team leaders or managers.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other executives and supervisors to improve process efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on new policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in customer support/BPO is a plus.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Candidates must commit to no planned leaves during the first 3 months.
- Must not have appeared for the same interview process in the last 3 months.

- Comfortable managing voice calls and chat support simultaneously.
- Efficient in handling multiple queries without compromising service quality.
- Technical Proficiency
- Basic computer knowledge for handling customer support systems.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Adaptability & Flexibility
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Ability to adjust quickly to process changes and client requirements.
