Job Responsibilities
- Designing, maintaining, and implementing electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and domestic purposes.
- Using computer-assisted design (CAD) software and engineering tools for various projects.
- Coordinating with customers, engineers, and other team members to discuss existing or potential projects.
- Preparing technical drawings, electrical system specifications, and maps to ensure project clarity.
- Performing detailed calculations to establish construction, installation, or manufacturing standards.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and customer requirements.
- Overseeing installation, construction, maintenance, and testing activities.
- Writing technical reports and compiling data related to electrical studies or projects.
- Preparing purchase specifications for electrical equipment and materials.
- Supervising, guiding, and training project team members when necessary.
- Estimating material, labor, and construction costs for budgetary purposes.
- Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment.
- Collaborating with technicians and field staff to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering (preferred)
- License/Certification: Professional Engineer license (preferred, not mandatory)
