Position : Field Executive (Sales)

Qualification: Diploma Civil Engineering

Contract : Fixed Term Annual Contract

Mandatory requirements : The candidate should have 1-2 years sales experience in building material / construction or cement industry. He should have a bike of his own. It would be a rigorous sales

Job Description: The job would entail both both primary and secondary sales. His responsibilities would include:

1.  Site visit / survey

2. Submission of survey report to technical executive

3. 8- 10 meetings in a day with a view to conversion of the account

4. Secondary Sales - Meet the masons with a view to enroll them.

Salary - 20 -25 K p.m. NTH for experienced candidates + PF, ESIC & Mediclaim, Freshers salary would range between 15 - 17 k max

TA / DA - Rs. 2500/- per month

Reporting Manager - Area Technical Head

Working Hours - 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., 6 days a week

Incentives : Opportunity to earn 50% of Fixed Salary as incentive

No poach Organizations: Shyam Steel, SRMB & Elegant Steel (only on roll employees cant be considered till 2years of quitting the organisation)
