Eligibility
Qualification
- Graduate Apprentice : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentice : Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Candidates who have passed out in the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 are eligible to apply for the aforesaid post. However, an Engineering graduate or diploma holder who had already undergone training or had job experience for one year or more after acquiring the required qualifications, shall not be eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice under the Act.).

Selection Process
The applications received online for BCPL Apprentices will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria. If the number of applicants will be more, BCPL may modify the shortlisting criteria at its discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Personal Interview. The final selection of candidates shall be based on a Personal Interview. BPCL will publish the merit list of all the selected candidates on its official website.
