- Engineering Officer Gr-I : B.E/ B. Tech (Relevant Engineering Discipline)
- Scientific/ Engineering Assistant : Diploma (Relevant Engineering Discipline), B.Sc (Chemistry)
- Technician Gr-I : ITI (Electrician Trade)
- Assistant Gr-II : BA/ BSC/ B.Com/ BBA/ BBM
- MTS Gr-I (Watchman) : Ex-serviceman (Army/Navy/Air force) preferably with 10th Pass
