CVPP has been entrusted with construction of following projects on Build, Own, Operate and Maintain (BOOM) basis with aggregate installed capacity of 3094 MW.
Kwar Hydroelectric Project (540 MW), Chenab Valley Power Projects [P] Limited (CVPPPL), proposes to engage
Apprentices in the Company. Applications are invited from candidates meeting the following qualification & other parameters for engagement for
engagement of apprentices in Kwar H.E. Project {Engineering Graduates (Degree) and Technician
Apprentices (Diploma)} under The Apprentices Act, 1961 and as amended from time to time, in the below mentioned
discipline/trades.
Note: The candidates belonging to the disciplines mentioned above only need to apply. Degree/Diploma in any other
discipline or equivalent will not be considered.
1. Stipend: The stipend shall be paid as per Apprenticeship Act i.e. Rs. 12,000/- PM for Engineering Graduates
(Degree) and Rs. 10,500/- PM for Technician Apprentice (Diploma).
2. Reservation & Relaxation: Reservation and Relaxation shall be as per the provisions of The Apprentices Act, 1961 and the Rules framed there under and as amended till date.
3. EligibilityCriteria:
a. First Preference will be given to Project Affected Families (PAFs) of CVPPPL. b. Resident of Kishtwar District of J&K state shall be given second preference. c. Candidates who are domicile of J&K shall be given third Preference. d. Those candidates who have already gone through Apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible to
apply.
e. The apprenticeship training is for freshers only. Those who passed the course before three years (i.e. exceeding
36 Months) and those have gone through the apprenticeship training already through any organization or this
organization are not eligible to apply for apprenticeship training of Kwar HE Project, CVPPPL Kishtwar.
In other
words, the gap between the date of declaration of results and date of engagement should not be more than 03
years (36 Months). As such only, pass out candidates who have completed the degree/ diploma courses after
01.01.2020 are eligible to apply.
4. Employment in CVPPPL: Candidates shall have no claim whatsoever as to any extension of Training and/or
employment in CVPPPL.
5. General:
a. The above mentioned vacancies may increase or decrease as per the requirements of CVPPPL.
b. Any corrigendum/addendum etc. or updates with regard to this advertisement shall be made available on our website
www.cvppindia.com.
c. Candidates should be eligible with respect to age criteria and educational qualification as on closing date of this
advertisement. Result awaited candidates need not to apply. d. Candidates have to apply for ANY ONE DISCIPLINE ONLY. Candidates applying for more than one subject fields/
discipline will not be considered and their applications will be summarily rejected. e. Candidates with qualification acquired through Distance Learning Mode or Part Time Mode or Correspondence
Mode shall not be considered. f. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade is awarded in the Diploma/ Degree examination, its equivalent aggregate
percentage of marks must be as per the norms adopted by University/ Institute as perthe guidelines ofAICTE/UGC. g. Suppression of information regarding possession or pursuing higher qualification shall render a candidate
ineligible for consideration at any stage of selection & termination any time during engagement / employment, if
engaged / recruited. h. No boarding / lodging and transportation shall be provided to any candidate by CVPPPL.
6. How to apply:
a. The candidate must go through the Terms and Conditions as mentioned in the notification. b. The candidate must have a valid mobile number and e-mail ID before Registering / Enrolling for Apprenticeship
online. c. The candidate has to enroll himself/herself on www.mhrdnats.gov.in
d. The candidate has to send duly completed application form attached with this notification along with
apprenticeship enrollment slip, all self-attested copies of certificates of educational qualification, Diploma/
Degree certificate, All semester marksheets of Degree/ Diploma, caste certificate, Document Certifying
Member of Project Affected Family (PAF) of CVPPPL if applicable, copy of Aadhar card, two passport sized
photographs etc. so that the application reach at the below mentioned address by registered post till 15/01/2023.
The last date of submission of application – 30/12/2022. Note: Candidates should clearly note that CVPPPL will in no case be responsible for rejection of
application on account of application being incomplete or any delay in receipt thereof on any account
