Independent handling of design activities & requirement handling
Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
Managing parts and assembly in team center
Concept generation and evaluation
Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
Qualification
Education : B.Tech / BE
B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical
Additional Information
- Having hands-on experience in design calculations – Thermal, Flow, Structure
- Hands-on experience in MATLAB simulation
- Knowledge of plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, and post-processing techniques.
- Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
- Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
- Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
- Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
- Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
- Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
