Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should have decent communication, Interpersonal skills and can handle stress well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customers problem. And willing to travel extensively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting product delivery.
- To be part of Product demonstration & Installation.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Responsible for timely support on attending customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer customer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues & Managers as necessary.
- Visit to client locations.
Note: Currently looking for only Male candidates
Education :
- Diploma in Electronics /BTECH(ECE/EEE) -2018-2021
