Job description
Role & Responsibilities :
- To Check for Part Correctness from CWH
- Identify the Parts and arranging in sequence
- To Pick correct Sequences Card and place on Trolley
- Raise JIT call
- Picking and supplying the proper parts to the Assembly line in a Trolley
- Ensure the Parts are not damaged and no damaged or wrong part is to be supplied on sub assembly
- Inform the Leader about receiving damaged Part or wrong part and documentation of the same
- Inventory Check
- Ensure Safety precautions in their respective area
- Maintaining Discipline on floor and take necessary action for prevention and reoccurrences.
- Maintain 5 S in their area
- Participation in Kaizen
- To inform the Team Leader about wrong part or damaged part received.
- Collect the scrap and put in scrap bins kept at designated locations
- Bring back Empty sequence Trolley from Assembly line
- Cleanliness & Maintenance of Sequence Trolleys
- Correct Part supplied on Line on time
- Correct Identification of Parts and inform the Team leader if any damaged Part or wrong Part is received.
- Zero Claims from Customer
- JIT Call on minimum Order level.
- Segregate rejection part to avoid mixing
- Correct Sequencing
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate or Diploma / ITI preferred
- 1 year experience in Logistics and Auto industry preferred. Freshers can also be considered.
