We have a vacancy coming up for the post of Service Engineer. We are looking for a candidate who is a BE/Diploma Mechanical with 2-3 years experience as Service Engineer in a Valve
Manufacturing Company
We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven Service Engineer to join our growing company. The Service Engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals.
- Servicing of our products at client site which maybe anywhere in India or outside of India
- Installation & Commissioning of our products at customers site
- Attending to Customer Complaints by visit to site or resolving them through phone calls or videos
- Valve, assembly, testing, calibration
- Arranging Customer Complaint Spares & Dispatching the same
- Marketing for spares
- Maintaining Customer Complaint Register & Records
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min 2-3 years experience as Service Engineer preferably in similar field
- Dynamic & Result Oriented
- Enthusiastic & hard working
- Good communication skills
