Job Description :-

Handling clients information with Integrity and Sensitivity.

Resolving Escalations from Clients.

Note :-

- Candidates currently in KOLKATA can apply.

- Candidates should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in rotational night shifts.

- Freshers and Experienced Both eligible.

- Good communication skills in English is a Mandate, DO NOT apply if you are not meeting these parameters.

Job Criteria: -

• Excellent english communication skill required in spoken and written plus a
• good domain knowledge oriented to Customer service and support.
• Candidates with Graduation into a technical field with core knowledge oriented to hardware, networking, troubleshooting of routers/wifi/printer can apply.

• Transport facility provided.
