We are hiring for B Tech Freshers.
B Tech (CS) and B Tech (IT) only apply.
B Tech 2020 and 2021 freshers only apply.
Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills which includes email etiquette
Responsibilities:
- Conversant with end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates.
- End to end recruitment involves :
- Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.
- Scheduling the candidates for interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback
