We are hiring for Technical Support Engineer (International voice)!!!!
JD - Technical Support Engineer (US Voice Process)
Designation: Technical Support Engineer.
Work Location: AMBIT IT Park - Ambathur. (Due to Pandemic it is WFH Until further notice from organisation)
Qualification:
- Graduates from Computer Science or any Engineering background who have completed their course of study in / prior to 2020 with no backlogs.
- Undergraduates, Post-graduates, Diploma (10 +3) (year of passing 2020and prior) without backlogs.
- Candidates with relevant Technical Support Experience can be exempted from the graduation mandate.
Tech-Skills: Fundamentals of Networking, Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, ISP & Router installation.
Soft Skills: Good Communication Skills, Good Comprehension and Conversational Skills
Experience: 6 Months 5 Years.
Requisites:
- Good at Customer Interaction and Listening Skills
- A Good Team Player
- Willing to take initiative to resolve issues.
- Prior experience into handling US customers for technical support / Customer support /Application support or International Voice – Up selling / Cross selling would be an added advantage.
Job Responsibility:
- The person would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to operating systems / Routers / Modems & ISP related issues.
Work Time: US Time Zones (Night Shifts)
