Roles and Responsibilities
* Candidates who want to start their career Technical Support.* Good knowledge in Troubleshooting, Windows, OS, Hardware and Software, networking* Knowledge on O365, MS OFFICE Suite, Active Directory, Hardware and Software related troubleshooting skills.* Providing Technical support on calls and resolving issues and queries of the customers and clients.* Good written and verbal communication skills.* Two way cab facility is provided.* Flexible to work in Rotational shift including Night shift
