Please find the below Job description:
1. Role : Associate Technical support
2. You will be responsible for handling queries of customers over calls.
Experience : 0 - 1year (2018/2019/2020 freshers eligible)
CTC : 2.5 LPA
Qualification : Any Graduate
Shift : Night Shift ( 2 AM to 11 AM )
Office Location : Sholinganallur, Chennai
Note : As of now it's Work From Home ( only for Chennai candidates )
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Excellent logical reasoning.
3. Candidate should be able to handle queries via calls.
4. Should be comfortable working from office and home.
5. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
