Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Plan & Manufacturing Execution
- - Execute the given production plan as per PPC plan for the shift.
- - Feed the jobs to next customer with proper quality and quantity.
- - Communicate with internal suppliers and internal customers to achieve smooth production flow
- - Execute the process as per the control plan
- In order to fullfill the execution of production
- Product quality
- - Implement & monitor adherence of the quality standards as per control plan.
- - Ensure leakage proof and damage proof product delivery to next customer.
- - Analyze reasons for rejection & execute action plans
- - Escalation in case of any abnormality, delivery issues and internal customer complaints, Machine breakdown
- - Process Audits as per process control plan
- in ORDER TO meet the set quality standards.
- Manufacturing Plan & Manufacturing Execution
- - Execute the given production plan as per PPC plan for the shift.
- - Feed the jobs to next customer with proper quality and quantity.
- - Communicate with internal suppliers and internal customers to achieve smooth production flow
- - Execute the process as per the control plan
- In order to fullfill the execution of production
- Cost control
- - Monitor & improve the first pass ratio.
- In order to reduce costs of consumables, inventory .
- - Shift wise tracking of Rework & Rejection.
- - Internal customer feedback on frequent basis to avoid major failures or implecations.
- People Management
- - Maintain discipline.
- - Implementation of new requirement through proper communication if any
- - Lobur efficiency control
- - Multiskilling - 1:3- 1 process should be known by 3 person & 3:1 3 processes should be known by 1 person
- in order to develop employees.
- TQM
- - Daily work management
- - Process Audit
- - 1S, 2S audit in section.
- -Daily TPM activity on each machine i.e. machine cleaning & tagging.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Mechanical with 10 to 15 years of Experience or
BE - Mechanical/ Production/Automobile with 6-8 Years of Experience,
Experience in Heat exchangers production of Tubemill section would be preferable
