A new venture in the space of paints, Birla Paints division – Grasim is set to offer a diversified new-age portfolio of paints and related products in line with global megatrends. Planned to have presence across multiple locations in India. Key result areas: 

1. Get exposure to Engineering domains in the business.

2. Understand project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.

 3. Shadow senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.

 4. Raise concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.

 5.Participate in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.

 6.Analyze data and writing reports according to specifications.

 7.Take notes and share findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.

 8.Establish professional relationships with staff.

 9.Maintain a high degree of professionalism and diligence.

 10.Contribute to the business development and technology advancements

Must  have skills:

• Freshers with a zeal to learn and pick up technology and domain traits.
• Analytical thinker and critical problem solver.
• Technophile - be enthusiastic about new technology.
•  Exposure to paints, chemicals or related sectors.
• Project Design & Execution experience in Paints or Chemicals industry.

Qualification : 

B.E/ B.,  Master in Technology.
