Job Description:

Comcast have an exciting role for Reliability Engineers supporting Tech tools and Data Management Systems, including billing, provisioning, activation, authentication, transaction processing and location services for Business Services, Xfinity Mobile and Enterprise IT. Our primary focus is on best-in-class reliability engineering and operations methodologies. Effectively managing critical systems for our customer-facing employees and internal teams to provide the best world class experience to our customers. Design, build & implement software solutions in an agile environment to build high quality software applications.

Core responsibilities:

• Strong understanding and basic knowledge on Microsoft authentication, Microsoft Windows Server & Linux Operating Systems, Server Hardware’s, MS Office 365 suite, Network & Security, AD & DNS,
• 
  
• AWS/Azure Cloud computing, Databases, Web & Application Servers and Ticketing & Monitoring tools.
• 
  
• Strong understanding and familiarity on Application Support and Operations, with Event management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Availability Management, and Change Management.
• 
  
• Must have strong Analytical skills, Problem Solving and Logical Thinking.
• 
  
• Embraces challenges, displays strong creative flexibility
• 
  
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to articulate complex situations

College Graduate – 0-1 years

Education Qualifications :
